Goals & Schedule Tracker Book

Things have been moving! (Instead of "how time flies"). It's already Feb 2009 and the feeling of losing grip on my goals, etc is quite real.

Managed only to tidy up my goals page at the end of Jan. By the time I thought of sending the pages for printing, it was Chinese New Year and all shops were closing for the long holidays. Imagine them rejecting business!

I will be getting my Goals & Schedule Tracker books on Mon, 9 Feb. Hopefully I will be able to spring into action then. Have also made customised copies for my 2 sons.

One lesson I've learnt is that our goals for the year must be ready before the year is out. Then we can start tracking seamlessly year on year.

Also, I had a goal: my first activity for the new year is a physical activity challenge. For the past 3 years, I've done 10 km jogs immediately after finishing the New Year Coundown. This year, I decided to run a half marathon (10 km is no longer a challenge). Started at 2 am and finished about 5am! As expected, I was the only one soul jogging (though I saw another jogger starting out when I had finished).

Through preparing for this challenge, I've managed to keep active through to the end of the year and not degenerate into an ill-disciplined routine of late nights and sleeping late.

Worthwhile year for 2008!
